yeeeaaaahhhhhh boy!

i'm one of the few who LOVES this style then haha! some of the best gabba i've heard on here. you understand that it's not just about the kick, but also about creating heavy, distorted and haunting noise around it too. and those pitchshifted, distorted vocals are brilliant, make me laugh every time. once again, bangin job mate.

hardcore!!!

nice and hardcore here. only an 8 cos the kick was a little too quiet and the gabba beat wasn;t left running for long enough. but still, top production as usual.

nice one!

this is some Ibiza Ministry of Sound shit man! i'm guessing you use Reason or something. either that or you're a real DJ who actually mixes trance. either way, nice job.

Don't Drag Me Down anyone?

sounds very much like the Social Distortion song. almost the exact structure, even the same chords. and almost the same lead in the intro/main riff. and the vocals are awful.

absoulutely fecking bangin!!!!!!

THIS is what we need when someone puts 'gabba/terrorcore/speedcore'. fast, heavy, pissed off, violent, gritty hardcore that is like being kicked in the head by a giant bee and then being bled out from your brain with a corkscrew. this is the kind of shit wreckheads like me PAY to hear!!! keep making this stuff man!!!!

yeh its ok

the kick needs to be BIIIIIG man. and really heavy. also the whole thing needs to be loads faster. the synth chords are good tho. good effort.

u should listen to my latest stuff, really :p

errrr ok...

possibly the worst i've ever heard that song played. with the wrong drumbeat at the start. and you play it wrong. almost completely. oh, and punk is obviously not that easy to play because you're out of time. bye.

Casualty responds:

It's not a fucking exact cover you idiot, it's just some riff based on the song and turned into a loop. The drums aren't wrong either. If I wanted to copy the song exactly I would've done it. And I'm not playing out of time either... Not on this song.

its nice

mans got points. it is repetative. i think the bass needs to be biiiiiger, with a bit more of a high melody. the beat is great tho, nice and busy. maybe try slapping a bitcrusher or a bit of distortion on it, make it sharper or try knocking up the high frequency on a graphic EQ. not sure what program yer using, but none of that should be hard to do. good effort tho man.

Jimbobsthebest responds:

Wicked man, cheers for a cracking review. This was really one of my first dubstep tries and it's such a minimal style it's really hard to know what to do with it.

If i'm honest I think the melody really sucks in this piece. But I really didn't know what to do with it.

Thanks for the advice and ideas, and cheers for taking the time to listen and review.

nice dubstep

a little empty and unvaried, but i solid dubstep track. not a bit fan of the vocals (bit nieche tbh) but still, they serve a purpose.

ok...

... but it wasn't very deep, dark or hardcore. where's the pounding kick, the gritty bass, the POWER!?! try again methinks.

hello. im a punk. i like punk and hardcore music, getting fucking wasted, playing bass, video games, and ultra violent anything. i also make music and stuff, some of which goes up on here. epic orchestral scores is my current vice...
